I handle all phone calls myself instead of through a secretary. If you cannot reach me immediately on the phone, please leave a short message regarding the nature of your inquiry and the best time to call you back.
I have a policy of returning all phone calls within twenty-four (24) hours, regardless of the time zone. This policy exists because I travel frequently and do not have a permanent time zone.
I also respond to email requests to call you back if you are an international caller and wish to avoid high international calling rates in your own country.
